Harrison, Asheville city executive for the bank, said more tourists have visited the (Continued On Back Page) McLennan Elected To Hospice Board The board of directors of Hospice of Polk County is pleased to announce that Wil iam L. McLennan of Tryon has icen elected to serve as a direc tor for a 3-year term. Bill McLennan retired after a long career in banking, most recently with Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., of Chicago, a private bank which he served as manager and investment counselor. He is on the national board of the Alzheimer's Asso ciation, of Chicago, and locally is a director of FENCE. McLennan and his wife Alice came to Tryon from Lake For est, Ill. about two years ago locating at Hunting Country Trails. Tlicy have a son and a daughter and four grandchil dren. And, many who help believe that a sincere statement of gratitude, simple and from the heart, is among those to be cherished most.
